Since 1989, Community Family Practice has been dedicated to personalized health care for the entire family – from before birth through the senior years. We encourage patients to ask questions and to take an active role in their health care. We are interested not only in helping you heal from illness, but also in keeping you well.
In addition to scheduled visits for comprehensive care, as a convenience to you and your family, we offer acute care walk-in appointments in the morning, same-day urgent appointments throughout the day and extended hours appointments on Tuesday/Thursday (by appointment-only).
We currently have six family physicians. All are board certified with the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP). We also have a family nurse practitioner providing acute care, advanced testing, and personalized patient education.
We have very loyal patients and they know that we genuinely care for them. Frequently, several generations of the same family return for medical care with us. We look forward to welcoming you as patients of Community Family Practice where comprehensive family health care is our mission.
